The premises of the 19th century wine factory, covering the total area of 20 000 m², is currently the home of a Russian contemporary art centre; it houses two vast exhibition halls, a number of influential contemporary art galleries, artists' and design studios and the Saga & Co concept shop. The territory is being developed and designed with the objective of making it possible for art lovers to visit exhibitions and events of action art, attend lectures, watch films, shop and relax in clubs and artsy restaurants all at the same time.
